Resolved. I will be on dose adjusted REPOCH, administered through a continuous IV drip over 96 hours. I will be admitted to the hospital every three weeks to receive chemo and I will get at least six and possibly eight cycles of chemo. REPOCH consists of the following:

Pre-meds – Tylenol and Benadryl were given first because many people have allergic reactions to Rituximab.

1. Rituximab – Given over 4-5 hours.

Pre-meds – Emend and Alloxi

2. Etoposide – Drugs two through five were mixed together in one bag. One bag every 24 hours for four days. I also had a liter of fluids running at all times.

3. Prednisone

4. Vincristine

5. Doxorubicin

Pre-meds – Emend and Alloxi and one liter of fluids

6. Cyclophosphamide – Given last, which took about 30 minutes.

This is the cocktail of champions.
