In February, 2013, I started following a plant-based diet and since then, I have developed a real love for good vegan food. I follow many vegan blogs and have started a small but growing vegan cookbook collection. Eating vegan can be intimidating and often people are turned off by making recipes that take too long, require special ingredients, and in the end are not tasty. A good recipe makes a world of difference and good vegan food will open your eyes to the world of clean and kind eating.
